Payment Gateway
we are now using payment gateway for your convenience. there should be no longer has issue for minutes payment approval due to issue on the scrapper. instant payment approval is the expected one for now. but we still offer to pay manually just for fallback manual approval
AI data & AI quota
when we built ai for fonnte, it's quite basic and sometimes got the answer wrong or incorrectly refering to some unknown data. we plan to deprecate it on 1 june 2026. all remaining quota will be fully refunded. currently we are recommend to use aksita.ai instead for better dedicated ai response
Message history
currently message history are not deleted at all. since we see that all older messages are occasionally opened, we plan to keep only last 3 month of messages. this changes will be implemented together with ai data and ai quota deprecation at 1 june 2026. you can download it before 1 june 2026 to keep your messages active
Since fonnte system devices also occasinally got banned, we are now requiring email for fallback when the whatsapp devices are got banned. we are trully sorry for this inconvenience
