Division is a feature to grup agents to organize better.
You can organize incoming message to your agent's rotation using division.
Division can accept agent with different devices.
with this feature, you can manage incoming message from multiple devices, if required.
but still, one device per division is recommended method.
The fields of division is shown above.
- Name : the name of the division
- Rotation : how will the rotation works. you can choose full or partial.
- Full : will rotate all number, chosen number will not be included in the next rotation until all number have been chosen
- Partial : will rotate current number only, chosen number will be included in the next rotation
After you finish adding the division, you can click add and the division will be added and ready to use.
